This paintings was a commission for my brother-in-law, Nick, for his and Mandy’s 12th anniversary. My father-in-law got up several days in a row and took pictures from their house in Longmont to take pictures for me of Meeker and Long’s Peak in Rocky Mountain National Park. This piece was a lot of fun to create and many hours of blending (which can be a pain in acrylic).
